Ministry Help Needed!
It is exciting to see how God is growing our church family! As we continue to grow, there is a greater need for volunteers to help support the many ministries that make Hillside such a welcoming place.
As we look ahead to fall, we are looking for additional help in the following areas:
Church Cleaning
Our cleaning volunteers serve on a rotating schedule, coming in one day during their assigned week to help with vacuuming, taking out garbage, and general cleaning. If we could add just one more volunteer, it would mean a commitment of only one day per month!
Nursery & Children’s Church Leaders/Helpers
Several of our faithful leaders and helpers will be taking a well-deserved break this fall, and we are looking for others who would enjoy serving our children. If you have a heart for kids and would like to help create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for them, we would love to have you join the team!

We have now added Mobile Alerts to our means of communication! You can get text alerts for all the important Hillside news! We will be using the contact information from our current directory. If you do not want to be included, or if you do and are not in our directory, please let us know. Please note, this is not a group chat! Sign up for the Prayer Chain!
In James 5:13-16, God calls us to pray for the hurting and sick and to uphold one another in prayer. One of the ways we do this as a congregation is through the prayer chain. Requests are called in, and e-mails and calls go out to notify participants of the need for prayer. Those who sign up can choose to be notified by phone or e-mail. If you would like to be a part of this valuable ministry, please contact Joyce Magnusson.
